1. What sizes do the socks come in?
Currently our socks are available in either Medium and Large, or “One size fits most”.
Medium = UK size 3-6
Large = UK size 6-9
One size fits most = UK size 5-9

2. Are your socks ethically sourced?
Yes! We’re committed to ethical practices across the business. Our socks are made from sustainable materials and produced in factories that prioritise fair wages and safe working conditions. But there’s always room for improvement, so our aim is to continue finding ways to be even more ethical as we grow.
3. How much of my purchase goes toward charitable causes?
100% of our profits are donated to charitable initiatives and community projects. You’re truly making a difference with every purchase. Take a look at our 100% for the Planet page.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently we just ship to the UK and it’s FREE!!!
5. What materials are your socks made from?
Our socks are crafted from a blend of high-quality, sustainable cotton and recycled fibers. They’re designed to be comfortable, durable, and eco-friendly. We also deliberately avoid yarns such as sheep’s wool or alpaca, because we love animals as much as we love the planet. Cruelty free socks are the way forwards.
6. Can I return or exchange my socks?
Absolutely! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn socks within 30 days. Check out our Returns Policy for full details.
7. How do I care for my socks?
To keep your socks looking their best, we recommend you wash them at 30°C and avoid tumble drying. This helps preserve the fabric, prolongs the life of your socks and reduces their environmental impact.

9. Can I buy Brighton Socks in bulk or wholesale?

10. Do you offer gift options?
Yes, we do! Our socks make perfect gifts, and we offer beautifully curated gift boxes that can be posted out to you, or sent directly to your loved one.
11. Where are Brighton Socks designed?
All of our socks are designed right here in Brighton. Inspired by the natural environment, the vibrant creativity and the extra special inclusivity of our coastal city, a little bit of Brighton magic finds its way into every single sock.
12. Do you collaborate with local artists or designers?
Yes! We love working with local talent to create unique, limited-edition designs that celebrate creativity and community.
13. Are your socks unisex?
Absolutely! All of our socks are gender free by design, and can be worn and loved by everyone.
14. Do you offer a subscription service?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Keep an eye on our website or sign up for our newsletter for updates.
15. Can I donate directly to the causes you support?

16. Are your socks vegan-friendly?
Yes, our socks are made without the use of any animal-derived materials, so they’re completely vegan-friendly.
17. Do you offer children’s sizes?
At the moment, our socks are only available in adult sizes, but stay tuned—children’s sizes are something we’ll offer in the future!
18. What happens if the socks I want are out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we aim to restock as quickly as possible. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified as soon as it’s available.
